About the Riverside Therapy Practice

The Riverside Therapy Practice is a professional and confidential counselling & psychotherapy service based in the Newhaven Marina. The practice is within easy reach of Brighton, Rottingdean, Peacehaven, Lewes, Seaford and Eastbourne in East Sussex. The service is run by Dr Aileen Alleyne, a UKCP registered psychotherapist and qualified counsellor with many years of practice. Appointments are available weekday daytimes and weekday evenings and a variety approaches to helping you are on offer: Brief Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy.

The practice offers the following services:

Counselling and Psychotherapy

  • One-to-one therapy sessions for a wide range of problems, including addictions, anxiety, bereavement, cultural issues, depression, life stage transition, identity issues, relationship difficulties, sexuality, stress, suicidal thoughts.
